Located in Ashcroft, B.C Canada, the Ashcroft Art Club was formed in 1967. Membership is open to all residents of the Ashcroft area and environs. We welcome all skill levels of artists, from beginner to advanced, including those who just want to support the arts in our community. Our current membership includes residents of Ashcroft, Cache Creek, Savona and Clinton. Club members use a variety of media including oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, sculpture and photography.
Members meet every second Wednesday from September until the end of April in St. Alban’s Church Hall at the corner of Brink and 5th Street in Ashcroft from 10 AM to 2 PM. Our sessions are informal gatherings where members work on their individual projects. As well, we conduct occasional workshops and demos to expand our knowledge and skill in various techniques and media. Business meetings are held at noon on the first Wednesday of each month.
We have a five day art show and sale every year in April, and an Art Walk in July and August - read more about our events.
If you would like to join our club, drop by St. Alban's Church Hall during one of our Wednesday sessions or contact us below and we would be happy to give you more information.
